The terms that apply when you use this site or buy the course or the Done-For-You package.
These Terms govern your use of monetagarbitrage.com and your purchase of the Monetag Arbitrage Course and the Done-For-You package, provided by Nwaeze David (“we”, “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The Monetag Arbitrage Course is an online, self-paced educational programme delivered through your student dashboard. Your access does not expire for as long as the course is offered on this site. We may update, improve or reorganise lessons over time.
The course is independent education and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Monetag, Telegram or any traffic source mentioned. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and approval of your accounts is at their discretion.
Your course account is for your personal use only. Do not share your login details, resell access, or share course materials publicly. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, without a refund.
Prices are shown on the sales page and at checkout. You can pay in Nigerian Naira through Paystack or in US dollars through Stripe. All payments are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. Your bank may charge fees for international or currency-conversion transactions.
Course: because you receive immediate access to digital content, course payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or where you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment).
Done-For-You package: if you ask to cancel before work on your package has started, you will receive a full refund. Once work has started, payments for the Done-For-You package are non-refundable.
Enrolled students can join our affiliate program and earn commission for recommending the course. The program has its own affiliate program terms, which form part of these Terms for anyone who joins. In short: commission is 20% of course sales made through your link; self-referrals, spam and misleading promotion are not allowed; commissions are held before they can be withdrawn; every withdrawal is reviewed manually; and we may withhold or cancel commissions that are refunded, disputed or break the program terms.
The course teaches a skill; it is not a job offer, a business opportunity or an investment. Arbitrage involves spending money on traffic, and you can lose some or all of that spend. Any results, screenshots or examples shown are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn. Your results depend on your effort, budget, skills, choices and market conditions. Nothing in the course is financial advice.
All course videos, text, templates and materials belong to Nwaeze David and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish them without written permission. You agree not to use anything learned or built through the course for spam, fraud, misleading ads, or any activity that breaks the law or the rules of the platforms you use.
The course and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, advertising spend, or account suspensions by third-party platforms. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
