Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Monetag Arbitrage Course (“we”, “us”), run by Nwaeze David at monetagarbitrage.com, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this site, buy the course or the Done-For-You package, or contact us.

1. What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, Telegram username, and anything you write in our forms (for example a special request for the Done-For-You package or a message through the contact form).
  • Purchase details: what you bought, the amount, currency and payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors (Paystack for Naira and Stripe for US dollars). We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Account and learning data: your student account, enrolment, and course progress.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Affiliate program data: if you join our student affiliate program, your payout details (bank name, account number and account name, or PayPal email), the clicks on your referral link, the sales credited to you and your withdrawals. When someone buys through a referral link, we record that the sale was referred and by whom. To detect self-referrals and fraud, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the internet connection and browser used to log in and to buy, which cannot be turned back into the original IP address.

2. How we use it

  • To process your payment and enrol you in the course automatically.
  • To send your login details and important account or course messages.
  • To deliver the Done-For-You package, including contacting you on WhatsApp, Telegram or email for the information needed to build it.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To send updates and offers by email, where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
  • To run the student affiliate program: crediting referred sales, paying commissions, and detecting self-referrals and fraud.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the course, such as our payment processors (Paystack and Stripe), our website hosting provider, our email delivery and email marketing tools, and analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta). We may also disclose information when required by law.

Some of these providers are located outside Nigeria. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on the provider’s safeguards and contractual commitments to protect it.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences (such as your chosen currency), measure site traffic, and measure the performance of our ads. If you arrive through a student’s referral link, a cookie (f_aff) remembers which student referred you for 30 days, so they can be credited if you buy. Logged-in users also get a security cookie (ma_did) that we use only to detect self-referrals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (such as logging in) may not work properly without them.

5. Emails

If you join our mailing list or buy from us, we may send you emails about the course, new lessons and related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We will still send essential account and purchase emails.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us or as needed to provide the course and services, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023 and, for users in the UK or EU, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and trusted payment processors. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Children

This site and the course are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
